Everyone deserves to eat well, but when we are pressured against time and our daily obligations, then the feeling of a challenge hinders us from working at the kitchen counter to instead, buying something quick and on the go. This article will reveal a simple receipe perfectly portioned for one person that I have easily prepared in under 5 minutes and cook within 10 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Pork, or meat of your choice (100 – 150g)
- Herbs – basil, parsley and rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Start by setting the stove to a medium heat to melt the butter. Once the butter has melted down, then set to low heat because we do not want that butter popping when we first add the minced garlic. Allow the garlic to simmer in the butter. Once the fragrance is strong in the air, then add the pork.

Once the pork begins to change from a raw pink colour to a light biege, then add a bit of water. This will allow the butter and garlic to seep into the meat and prevents the meat from drying during the cooking process.
Once all the water has evaporated, then add the herbs, salt and pepper. Mix and allow to simmer until the meat turns into a light brown, golden brown or brown of your choosing.
The dish will look something like the image on the right and you may serve it with rice, on top of toast or anything of your preference. This dish can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner; and you may adjust the portion of the meat if you want to prepare this meal ahead to be eaten on other days of the week.
Let me know in the comments below if you gave it a try and how you found the taste!

Good job keep it up!
